Description: Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU), Ft. Myers, Florida, is offering a service learning course for students the FGCU Honors College.

Itinerary: The FGCU course will spend two days in the Lima area, visiting the Lomas de Lachay (fog forest), and Norte Chico (Moche culture archeological site) as well as the Museo Larco, Plaza de Armas and Iglesia de San Francisco, the oldest cathedral in the Americas. The course will then visit Cusco and Machu Picchu before moving on to the Peruvian Amazon where it will spend time at the Madre Selva Biological Station and the Santa Cruz Forest Reserve working on independent and group projects and research.
